How To Float Your Launch Bar
Did you ever wish you could move your Quick Launch bar off the bottom of the screen and just place it anywhere you wanted? Well you can. Here's how:
1 - Click on any area of the Quick Launch bar of your choice and hold the mouse down
2 - Drag the bar anywhere on the screen you'd like and release the mouse
3 - If you don't want the bar to hide behind apps, right click its title bar and select "Always on top
